In February 2020, I designed and painted a mural for my research group, the HIRO group, based (heavily) off the logo. The mural is located in HIRO's lab space in the Engineering Center at CU Boulder. The design and execution took over 40 hours of work - most of which I spent standing on a desk, flat against the wall with a level, trying to make sure my lines were perfect.

At the outset of the project, I used a projector to cast the design onto the wall to use as a guide for the size and placement of the mural. I painted using interior wall paints. Thank you to Alessandro Roncone for letting me paint on our lab's walls!
